Mana Bhaskar was born as the second child of Mr. Juttada Manikyam and Mrs. Appalaraju in a small village called Indugapalli, Kotanandur Mandal, East Godavari District. His sister Ramalakshmi and brother Shri Juttada Varaprasad are the Muthoot Finance Branch Manager and CEO of JM Foundation.
Known to all as JVS Bhaskar, he completed his primary education at MPP Government School and Joy Public School. Growing up with high values and culture from an early age, he was also gifted in education and was given a free education by the Joy Public School management. He later continued his education at Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan. During his school days, Bhaskar was invited to the stage at a function at Sri Prakash School for his conduct and lectures, and was given the rare honor of being on stage. The next 9th and 10th classes were completed at zp government high school. Here, too, he served as a good student leader with leadership qualities. He was given a free seat in NRI College, Visakhapatnam for his talent in Class 10 results. Just as the shadow pursues man, so the qualities and skill of man are constantly reflected. He also became a great lecturer and commentator at NRI College. Bhaskar then completed his graduation education and studied at Aditya Degree College. He always became a good leader, impressing everyone in his own style and inspiring his peers.
While studying at Aditya College, he served as the leader of the NSS (National Service Plan). Although he got 5 jobs in the campus placements held at the college, he reluctantly quit with the idea that his service activities would be hampered.
His brother Juttada Varaprasad is currently serving as the Managing Director of the JM Foundation, which he founded for service events in memory of his father. Through this foundation he undertook many development programs in the village where he was born. The JM Foundation has become a fairytale for the village of Indugapalli by always conducting service programs for the poor and the elderly.
He has been a devotee of Swami Vivekananda since childhood and was most interested in lecturing and inspiring the youth through his lectures. That is why he used to take free motivation classes for students in government schools and colleges at least twice a week.
Bhaskar, who strongly believed in the words and teachings of Vivekananda, considered the youth to be the citizens who could lead India on the path of development. Stunned by the number of young people committing suicide due to misconduct, stress and anxiety in the country, his main goal is to bring many eminent speakers and trainers into one platform, guide thousands of students towards life goals, train them on public speaking and interview skills, and provide better opportunities for poor middle class students. Founded the INSPIRE Foundation.
He was honored with the Mahatma Gandhi Seva Puraskar Award in 2020 for his service activities. He has received numerous awards in elementary education, in service programs, as a leader, as a commentator, and as a lecturer. Ideal for those from all walks of life. He also received the Best Outstanding 2019-2020 Award at the JCI International Level. Former CBI Officer JD Lakshminarayana received the Best Motivational Speaker Award at the hands of Gary and earned the rare honor. Internationally acclaimed Perkly, California USA for receiving the Best Speaker Award.
Not only this, today our brother JVS Bhaskar, who is well known as a famous speaker, has been honored by many celebrities like Brother Shafi, film actors KV Pradeep and Lakshmipuram Venugopal.
Motivational students are motivated to take motivational classes no matter how busy the schedule. No matter how dull the tone in that tone does not diminish. శ్రీ జుత్తాడ మాణిక్యం, శ్రీమతి అప్పలరాజు దంపతుల 3డవ సంతానంగా తూర్పుగోదావ రి జిల్లా, కోటనందూరు మండలం, ఇండుగపల్లి అనే చిన్న పల్లెటూరిలో జన్మించారు మన భాస్కర్ గారు. ఈయన సోదరి రామలక్ష్మి, సోదరుడు శ్రీ జుత్తాడ వరప్రసాద్ గారు ముత్తూట్ Fincorp బ్రాంచ్ మేనేజర్ గా పనిచేస్తున్నారు మరియు JM ఫౌండేషన్ CEO గా బాధ్యతలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు.
JVS భాస్కర్ గా అందరికీ సూపరిచితులైన వీరు తమ ప్రాధమిక విద్యను MPP గవర్నమెంట్ పాఠశాలలో, జాయ్ పబ్లిక్ స్కూల్ లో పూర్తి చేశారు. చిన్నప్పటి నుంచి ఉన్నతమైన విలువలతో, సంస్కారంతో ఎదిగిన ఈయన చదువు పట్ల కూడా మంచి ప్రతిభ కనబరచడం వలన జాయ్ పబ్లిక్ స్కూల్ యాజమాన్యం ఈయనకు ఉచిత విద్యను అందించింది. ఆ తరువాత ఈయన శ్రీ ప్రకాష్ విద్యానికేతన్ లో విద్యాభ్యాసం కొనసాగించారు. ఈ పాఠశాలలో చదువుతున్న రోజుల్లో భాస్కర్ గారు చదువులో, ఉపన్యాసాలలో, ఈయన ప్రవర్తనా విధానానికి గాను శ్రీ ప్రకాష్ స్కూల్ లో జరిగిన ఒకానొక కార్యక్రమంలో ఈయన కుటుంబాన్ని వేదిక పైకి ఆహ్వానించి అరుదైనా గొప్ప గౌరవాన్ని ఇవ్వటం జరిగింది. తదుపరి 9,10 వ తరగతులు zp government high school లో పూర్తి చేశారు. ఇక్కడ కూడా ఈయన నాయకత్వ లక్షణాలతో మంచి విద్యార్థి నాయకుడిగా బాధ్యతలు నిర్వహించారు. 10వ తరగతి ఫలితాలలో ఈయన ప్రతిభకు గాను విశాఖపట్నం NRI కాలేజీ లో ఉచితంగా సీటు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది. నీడ మనిషిని వెంబడిస్తున్నట్లుగానే,మనిషి యొక్క సుగుణలు, నైపుణ్యత నిరంతరం ప్రతిబింబిస్తుంటాయి. అలాగే NRI కాలేజీలో కూడా గొప్ప ఉపన్యాసకునిగా, మంచి వ్యాఖ్యతగా ఎదిగారు. ఆ తరువాత భాస్కర్ గారు తన గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ విద్యను తుని ఆదిత్య డిగ్రీ కళాశాలలో అభ్యసించారు. ఎల్లప్పుడూ తనదైన శైలిలో అందరినీ ఆకట్టుకుంటూ, తన తోటివారిని ఉత్తేజితం చేస్తూ మంచి నాయకునిగా ఎదిగారు.ఆయన ఇతరులతో నడుచుకునే విధానం, తనకంటే చిన్నవారితో కూడా ఎంతో మర్యాదపూర్వకంగా ప్రవర్తించే తీరు, అందరినీ కలుపుకునిపోయే లక్షణాల వలన ఆయనకు ఎంతోమంది అనుచరులు తయారయ్యారు.
ఆదిత్య కళాశాలలో చదువుతున్న సమయంలో NSS (జాతీయ సేవ పధకం) నాయకుడిగా సేవాలాందించారు. కళాశాలలో జరిగిన క్యాంపస్ ప్లేస్మెంట్స్ లో 5 ఉద్యోగాలు సాధించినప్పటికీ, తన సేవాకార్యక్రమాలకు అవరోధం కలుగుతుందనే ఆలోచనతో తృణప్రాయంగా వదులుకున్నారు.
ప్రస్తుతం ఈయన సోదరుడు జుత్తాడ వరప్రసాద్ గారు వారి తండ్రి జ్ఞాపకార్ధం సేవా కార్యక్రమాలకై స్థాపించిన JM ఫౌండేషన్ మేనేజంగ్ డైరెక్టర్ గా సేవలందిస్తున్నారు. ఈ ఫౌండేషన్ ద్వారా తాను జన్మించిన గ్రామంలో అనేక అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టారు. నిత్యం పేదలకు, వృద్దులకు సేవా కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహిస్తూ ఈ JM ఫౌండేషన్ ఇండుగపల్లి గ్రామానికి కల్పవృక్షంగా మారింది.
చిన్ననాటి నుండి స్వామి వివేకానందను ఆరాధించే ఈయన, ఉపన్యాసమన్నా, తన ఉపన్యాసాల ద్వారా యువకులను ప్రేరేపించడమన్నా అత్యంత ఆసక్తి కలిగి ఉండేవారు. అందుకే ఆయన కనీసం వారానికి రెండు సార్లు గవర్నమెంట్ పాఠశాలల్లో, కళాశాలల్లో విద్యార్థులకు ఉచితంగా మోటివేషన్ క్లాస్ లు తీసుకునేవారు.
వివేకానందుని మాటలను, ఉపదేశాలను బలంగా విశ్వసించే భాస్కర్ గారు, యువకులే భారత దేశాన్ని అభివృద్ధి పధంలో నడిపించగల పౌరులని భావించేవారు. దేశంలో జరుగుతున్న అకృత్యాలు, ఒత్తిడి, ఆందోళనల కారణంగా ఆత్మహత్యలకు పాల్పడుతున్న యువకులను చూసి చలించిపోయిన ఈయన, అనేకమంది ప్రముఖ వక్తలను, ట్రైనర్లను ఒకే వేదికగా తీసుకువచ్చి, వేలకు పైగా విద్యార్థులకు జీవిత లక్ష్యాలవైపు మార్గ దర్శనం చేస్తూ, పబ్లిక్ స్పీకింగ్, ఇంటర్వ్యూ స్కిల్స్ పై ట్రైనింగ్ ఇచ్చి, పేద మధ్యతరగతి విద్యార్థులకు మంచి అవకాశాలను అందించడమే ప్రధాన లక్ష్యంగా INSPIRE ఫౌండేషన్ స్థాపించారు.
ఈయన చేసిన సేవా కార్యక్రమాలకు గాను 2020 లో మహాత్మ గాంధీ సేవా పురస్కార్ అవార్డుతో గౌరవింపబడ్డారు. ఇంతే కాదు ఈయన ప్రాధమిక విద్య నుండి ఇప్పటి వరకు విద్యలో గాని, సేవా కార్యక్రమాలలో గాని, నాయకునిగా గాని, వ్యాఖ్యాత గాని, ఉపన్యాసకునిగా గాని అనేకమైన అవార్డులను అందుకున్నారు. అన్ని రంగాల వారికి ఆదర్శంగా నిలిచారు. అంతే కాకుండా, JCI ఇంటర్నేషనల్ లెవెల్ లో Best Outstanding 2019-2020 అవార్డు ను కూడా ఈయన అందుకున్నారు. మాజీ CBI ఆఫీసర్ JD లక్ష్మినారాయణ గారి చేతుల మీదుగా Best Motivational Speaker అవార్డు అందుకుని అరుదైన గౌరవాన్ని సొంతం చేసుకున్నారు. అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయిలో Perkly, కాలిఫోర్నియా USA నుండి Best Speaker గా ప్రశంసాపత్రాన్ని అందుకోవటం విశేషం.
ఇంతే కాదు నేడు ప్రముఖ వక్తలుగా సుపరిచితులైన బ్రదర్ షఫీగారు , సినీ నటులు KV ప్రదీప్ గారు, లక్ష్మీపురం వేణుగోపాల్ గారు లాంటి ఎందరో ప్రముఖుల మన్ననలు పొందిన వ్యక్తి మన JVS భాస్కర్ గారు.
ఎంత బిజీ షెడ్యూల్ ఉన్నా మోటివేషనల్ క్లాస్ లు తీసుకుని విద్యార్థులకు ప్రేరణ కల్పిస్తారు. ఎంత నీరసంగా ఉన్నప్పటికీ ఆ స్వరంలో ధ్వని తగ్గదు. నిరంతరం ఆశయ సాధనకు తపస్సు చేసే మహర్షి ఈ మహా మనిషి. ఇన్ని కార్యక్రమాల్లో కూడా కనిపించిన ప్రతి ఒక్కరినీ కూడా చిరునవ్వుతో పలకరించే గుణం ఆయన సొంతం.
